A Savvy Tip: Thanksgiving Cupcakes

I saw these Jelly Belly "corn cob" cupcakes and couldn't resist sharing them with you - They look so real!

These faux cupcakes are easy to make - you just need 24 vanilla frosted cupcakes and about 4 cups assorted Jelly Belly jelly beans in russet, orange, gold, cream, and brown colors. Slide three frosted cupcakes together to form the cob and garnish with Philo dough husks or real husks if desired.

  1. These are really cute! My sister-in-law made corn cob cookies last year for her son's school class. Her's were made with sugar cookies as the base, then a little frosting. On top of the frosting you put Reese's Pieces and toped with yellow-green Fruit Roll-Ups as the husk. They were really fun to make. All the sisters and sisters-in-law got together to help make them.
